1. Who We Are

Root Us On is an online service provider that allows teams, coaches, clubs, organizations or Administrators to engage and connect with their Fans using our Site. Administrators may use the Site to establish their own Coach Account, invite Participants, execute Fundraisers, collect Donations, and deliver Team Communications to their Fans from the Site.

Root Us On does not sell, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Users information will not be sold in any way to any third party for any reason whatsoever.

2. The Information We Collect

Root Us On collects information you provide directly to us when using our Site. When using the Site, as appropriate, you may be asked for:

Registration information to administer your account including: name, email address, payment address, phone number, username, and password.
When making a Donation to process your payment including: name, email address and credit card information for our third party payment processor to complete your Donation.

You may decline to provide Root Us On with your personally identifiable information. Declining to provide your information will limit your ability to register as an Administrator or Participant and use the Site effectively. Administrators and Participants can review, change, or remove any of their personal information at any time through their profile account page on the Site. Users may contribute to a Fundraiser by providing a name and email address and can contribute anonymously if they choose.

3. How we use your information?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To enable us to provide you with our services on the Site.
To process Donations or any other transaction on the Site
To send periodic emails about your account, our Site or about the success of the team(s) you have made Donations to.
Detect, investigate and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal.
Operate, understand, optimize, develop, or improve our sites, applications, products, services and operations, including analytics tools.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the expressed purpose of delivering the services you have requested on the Site.

4. How we protect your information?

Root Us On implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you register or place an order on the Site. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our Site.

5. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. No user information will be sold or shared in any way with any third-party website for any reason whatsoever.

There is basic information that you may transmit via third parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you. This only applies to actions you take by utilizing the Site functionality to post information, with your permission, to third parties. No other information that is ever stored about you is shared with any third parties. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

As a limited service-provider, Root Us On complies with the relevant provisions of the CCPA.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our Site and not to information collected offline.
